If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, you are even more in demand. The Hispanic market is a large and potentially lucrative market that companies are striving to attract and being able to offer customer service in both Spanish and English is imperative.

- An up-to-date computer, high-speed internet access, and landline phone.
- A quiet place to work without interuption or background noise.
- A pleasant phone voice and manner.
- An affinity for problem-solving.
- An unflappable disposition and an ability to stay cool, even when customers become dissatisfied or annoyed.
- Prior sales or customer service experience.
- Bilingual skills, insurance licenses, and technical skills are among the specialized in-demand needs.
